Moor Mead FC U13 Titans Summer Tournament Success

Moor Mead FC U13 Titans took a representative team to the Xcel Sports Hub in Walton-on-Thames on the afternoon of Sunday 7th June 2026 for an end of season Summer 7-a-side tournament hosted by Walton & Hersham United FC. With one of several cups for our age group available, Titans were drawn in Blue group 2 to face sides from Walton & Hersham United FC Pumas, Walton & Hersham FC and Bedhead FC. Two wins and a draw saw them top their group following some excellent team work, scoring 6 and while conceding only one goal during the group stage.

Much to the delight of our manager Malcolm, an Arsenal season ticket holder, what followed was a series of frantic 1 nil's to Titans against opposition from Walton & Hersham United FC Hawks in the quarter final, Whytleafe FC Eagles in the semi and Claygate Royals Hares in the final.

Well done to Albert, Alex, Jack, Jake, Kayzo, Marko, Ned, Ronnie and Theo, magnificently coached by Malcolm and Ermir and superbly supported from friends and family, for bringing a trophy back to St. Margarets.
