Introducing Our New Welfare Officer, Derren Young

We're pleased to introduce Darren Young as our Club Welfare Officer.

Safeguarding is a vital part of junior football, and our club is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and enjoyable environment for every player. As part of our ongoing FA accreditation, we fully support the FA's Play Safe and Respect campaigns and maintain robust safeguarding, equality, anti-bullying and complaints procedures.

The Welfare Officer plays a key role in ensuring these standards are upheld, supporting players, parents, coaches and volunteers, and acting as the first point of contact for any safeguarding concerns.
